DESCRIPTION:Race location:  Jakes Branch County Park\, 1100 Double Trouble Rd\, Beachwood\, NJ 08722 \nRace Date & Start time: December 8th\, 2024  – 9am \nPacket Pickup: Packet  Pick up will take place on race morning\, from 7:30am-8:30am just west of the Tennis Courts. \nOther Details: All participants will receive a custom finishers item and there will be snacks and water post race. \n\n\n\nCourse Description: This is a MILD 4 mile loop trail race. The footing on this trail is good and it is not technical. The course will be heavily marked – You will not get lost! \nThis trail is open to the public. The park’s trails are mildly technical\, wandering through pine trees\, packed trails\, and some sand. The course is runnable\, with fast times achieved in the past. \nWhether you’re a seasoned racer or a first-timer\, the Christmas in the Pines 4 Miler is a great way to celebrate the holiday season with family and friends! \nRace highlights: \nMildly technical course that wanders through pine trees\, packed trails\, and some sand.\nRunnable course with fast times achieved in the past.\nFestive atmosphere with holiday music and decorations.\nCustom finishers ornament for all participants.\nPost-race snacks and drinks provided. \nPacket pickup information: \nPacket pickup will take place on race morning\, from 7:30am-8:30 at the start. \nCourse description: \nThe Christmas in the Pines 4 Miler is a 4-mile loop trail race. The course is well-marked and starts and finishes in the same location . \nThe course begins downhill all on trail turning onto single track. The trail is mostly single-track\, with some wider sections. The terrain is varied\, with a mix of pine needles\, packed dirt\, and some sand. \nThe course is relatively flat\, with only a few minor climbs and descents with very few technical sections. \nCourse Map: https://caltopo.com/m/JF46 \nAwards (in person 4 miler only): \nAn awards ceremony will take place at 10:15am \nAwards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female and non-binary finishers\, as well as the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group. \nAge groups: Under 20\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60-69\, and 70+ \n**Please note: Awards will not be mailed following the race. Voucher credit expires 365 days from being issued and is good for use on any Beast Coast Productions event. There is a $10 deferral fee.\nRACE BIB TRANSFER: You will have the option to transfer your race bib to another runner of your choosing for a $10 transfer fee. This must be done before registration closes.\nTo edit or transfer your race registration: Log into your RunSignUp account. A course map can be found HERE.\n\nWill you offer refunds for registration? \n\nCurrently\, we do not offer refunds for any of our races.\n\nWe encourage you to take advantage of the following options for normal race occurrences: \n\nPURCHASE RACE INSURANCE THROUGH ALLIANZ: Race day insurance is offered through Allianz and has to be purchased at the time of registration.\nTo File a Claim: Use the policy number you received when you completed your insurance purchase to make the claim HERE.\n\n          *Please read through the Allianz policy\, as pandemic coverage is not guaranteed.
