Decisions to be made of how we want to support our healthy lifestyle this upcoming year !  It is the choices that we solely make that will affect our lives. Without getting all philosophical we are responsible for our own healthy habits !Whether we decide to walk for 10 minutes a day, sign up for races, start yoga, strength train, cross train or just be more mindful of our health. We can always change our path if it is not supporting the life we strive for. Taking time for yourself each day, even if it’s a couple minutes will improve our mental and physical well being. Yes a new year, time to access your goals, by deliberate choices, no matter what they are.  They are yours to achieve !Cheers to 2024 !By Jen B
