Meet Up for a Group Run
Group meet running are group runs organized by members, which offer the opportunity to explore new routes and discover scenic locations while enjoying the company of fellow runners. They are throughout Ocean County.
Running with a group provides a sense of accountability and motivation. When you commit to meeting up with a group, you’re more likely to stick to your running routine and stay consistent with your training.

Group Runs
At Thursdays Club meeting a discussion came up on group runs. Don it trying to get a Sunday run group going on the Seaside boardwalk, Rudy would like to start one off Monday evenings @ 6:00 pm alternating locations the River to Bay 5K and the Pine Beach 5K coarse and maybe adding some other spots. Group runs only will succeed if more than one or two runners participate. Mondays may not be the perfect day so let's hear your thoughts on day or days of the week, do you prefer mornings or evening runs ?
