Meet Up for a Group Run
Group meet running are group runs organized by members, which offer the opportunity to explore new routes and discover scenic locations while enjoying the company of fellow runners. They are throughout Ocean County.
Running with a group provides a sense of accountability and motivation. When you commit to meeting up with a group, you’re more likely to stick to your running routine and stay consistent with your training.

After a busy, hot July of XC races, the cooler temps felt great as I got back to road racing. While most of my Shore AC teammates were flying through Asbury Park, a few of us headed to the west side of NJ for the Three Bridges 5 Mile.
