Looking to sharpen your swimming technique, build endurance, or feel more confident in the water? Toms River Fitness & Aquatic Center is offering a fantastic opportunity this winter with their Adult Swim Clinic, led by coaches Annette & Amanda.
Whether you’re a triathlete, a runner looking to cross-train, or someone simply hoping to improve efficiency in the pool, this program is designed with you in mind. It’s open to adults 15 and older who already possess basic swimming ability and are ready to take their skills to the next level.
