Wrap It Up
Not every swim, bike ride or run is perfect—and that’s part of the game. Some days are fast, some days are slow, and some days the only victory is that you showed up. But around here in ORC, we know that failure isn’t the bad days.
Failure is quitting. And quitting? That’s not in the Ocean Running Club playbook.
This week, our Tuesday Night Run Group was out there as usual, logging those steady miles and catching up along the way. On Thursday night, the  guys crew hit the boards again—nothing fancy, just friends putting in the work together. The swim group got their laps and OWS in, proving that runners aren’t afraid of the water either, well not all of them.  And let’s not forget the bike group, spinning out the miles and reminding us that strong legs are built in more than one way.
That’s the magic—whether it’s swimming, cycling or running, we just keep showing up. Day after day, lap after lap mile after mile. Progress doesn’t always come with fireworks, but it always comes.
So, as we wrap up another week, give yourself credit. You showed up. You moved forward. And you made our community stronger just by being part of it.
See you next week—same time, same place, same determination.
The swimmers will keep swimming
The bikers will keep riding those miles in any weather
The runners will keep logging miles with smiles
