Valor 5K huge success the volunteers from Ocean Running Club were out in force. We ran the registration table like a well oiled machine. The turnout was amazing they have an awesome one mile run, with our own Lori Ditzel’s son finishing 2nd. The course is all on the boardwalk so vehicle traffic. You couldn’t get a better scene than the beautiful Atlantic Ocean first on your left then it’s on your right in case you don’t no it’s down and back on the boardwalk.
